No registration fees are required for registration.
If you are new or If you are a new or returning student to Los Rios, you must complete and submit an application before you can register for classes. While you only need to submit an application to one college, you will be able to enroll in classes at all four.

Enrollment fees: $46.00 per unit.

A new payment plan gives enrolled Los Rios Community College students the option of using a payment program to pay their fees over time instead of in one lump sum. This program can make the cost of fees more manageable for some students who do not receive financial aid or a California College Promise Grant (formerly Board of Governors or BOG Fee Waiver).
Access to the payment plans are available through eServices with $15 non-refundable service charge.
Enrollment fees are due when you enroll in a class. You will be dropped if you do not pay your fees.
Enrollment fees for Non Residents and International Students: $296.00 per unit.
Foreign Students: $50 application fee.
All Student's required to pay a Student Representation fee of $1 per semester.
Daily parking fee: $2 per day
Semester Parking permit: $40 for cars and $25 for motorcycles. Campus police tickets 7 days per week including evening hours.
Universal Transit Pass: Available to eligible students who enroll in more than three (3) units a semester at any one college. The fee is $2.10 per unit, rounded up to the next whole unit ($8.40 minimum). The maximum fee charged is $31.50 a semester for students enrolled in 15 or more units across the Los Rios Colleges.
Regional Transit Pass: $55 (half the regular rate), available at the college Business Services Office for student enrolled in 3 or fewer units.
